Update
We have identified the root cause of the incident and we are currently working on finding a solution.

Problem has been identified as an issue with our file upload via Scanning and how we save these documents.

We're still trying to find a permanent solution but we've implemented changes that should cut down on database load.

We are currently investigating longer response times on the e-conomic application.

Right now we're experiencing a spike in response times related to generating PDFs and running book entry query.

We will provide more information as soon as possible.
