Siden vi foretog ændringer i vores opsætning af aflæsnings-tjenesten, har vi ikke set problemer med at appen fryser, når der tages billeder.

Vi opdaterer mobil-appen sådan at et lignende problem ikke kan opstå i fremtiden.

Since we changed the setup of the scanning service, issues with the app becoming unresponsive when trying to take a picture of an attachment have not reappeared.

We will update our mobile app to avoid a situation like this in the future.

I går omkring klokken 14:30 lavede vi nogle ændringer i opsætningen af aflæsnings-tjenesten bag vores mobil-app. Fordi ændringerne blev lavet på domæne-niveau, tager det desværre nogen tid for ændringen at tage effekt og løse forbindelsesproblemet mellem tjenesten og appen.

Vi undskylder den ulejlighed denne fejl stadog skaber. Vi forventer at løsningen tager effekt snarest muligt.

Yesterday around 14:30 we made some changes in our setup of the scanning service in the backend of our mobile app. Unfortunately, because these changes were made on a domain level, it will take some to take effect and to resolve the connectivity issues between the service and the app.

Brugere kan opleve at vores e-conomic mobil-app fryser, når man forsøger at tage et billede af et bilag. Problemet bunder i at en tjeneste bag appen, som har til opgave at aflæse bilaget, oplever forbindelsesproblemer i øjeblikket.

Appen afventer et svar fra tjenesten, som ikke kommer og derfor går appen i stå.

Users may experience our e-conomic mobile app becoming unresponsive when trying to take a picture of an attachment. The problem is caused by a service that is tasked with scanning attachments, in the backend of our app is experiencing connectivity issues currently.

The app awaits a response from this service, that does not arrive, causing our app to become unresponsive.
