The first solution did not solve the problem as we expected. We are working on a new solution and we will solve the problem as fast as we can.

Vores første opdatering gav ikke den ønskede effekt, så vi arbejder nu på en ny løsning. Vi vil løse problemet så hurtigt som vi kan.

Vi har rettet et problem, der påvirkede Smart Inbox mulighed for at vise data, der er blevet læst fra vedhæftede filer. Data vises nu korrekt, både på nye bilag, der er ved at blive læst, og på gamle, der allerede er læst. Vi overvåger aktivt effekten af denne løsning, for at sikre, at den virker som ventet.

Som en del af vores overvågning kan vi se, at felter fyldt med data fra bilag ikke altid er fremhævet med gult. Vi er opmærksomme på dette visuelle problem og har en løsning på vej.

We have fixed an issue that affected the Smart Inbox's ability to display data that has been read from attachments. Data is now displayed correctly, both on new attachments that are being read and on old ones that have already been read. We are actively monitoring the effect of this solution to ensure that it is working as expected.

As part of our monitoring, we can see that fields filled with data from attachments are not always highlighted in yellow. We are aware of this visual issue and have a solution on the way.

Investigating
Nogle kunder med Smart Inbox kan opleve, at bilag som er sendt ind via e-mail står som "Aflæst", men alle felter på bilaget fremstår tomme. Problemet opstår sporadisk, men nogle kunder oplever det meget ofte. I nogle sager virker aflæsningen bedre, hvis bilag uploades direkte til Inbox, fremfor at blive sendt via e-mail. Nogle kunder, har også held med at kopiere bilag i Smart Inbox, hvorefter kopien aflæses som ventet.

Vi undskylder de gener, denne fejl medfører. Vi undersøger problemet og opdaterer siden her, så snart der er nyt om denne problemstilling.

Some customers using Smart Inbox may experience, that attachments sent via e-mail are marked as "Analyzed", but all fields appear empty. This issue occurs sporadically, but some customers experience it very often. In some cases, scanning works better, if the attachment is uploaded directly to the Inbox, as opposed to being sent by e-mail. Some customers also experience success with scanning, by copying their attachment in Smart Inbox, after which the copied document is scanned as expected.
