Monitoring

Vi oplevede for nylig en forsinkelse i leveringen af e-mails til Inbox på grund af præstationsproblemer med vores tredjeparts e-mailbehandler. For at løse dette har vi skiftet til en anden leverandør for indgående e-mailtjenester. Nye e-mails bør nu ankomme uden forsinkelse. Dog kan nogle e-mails, der blev sendt inden skiftet, stadig ankomme med forsinkelse.

We recently experienced a delay in emails reaching the SmartInbox due to performance issues with our third-party email processor.
To resolve this, we have switched the inbound email service provider. New emails should now arrive without delay. However, some emails that were sent before the switch may still arrive with a delay.
